Hello to who ever is still here looking at my stuff! Been like what, 3 years since I've disappeared? Here's what happened if you guys care lmao.
So, I kinda disappeared because I needed to get my shit together. I needed to focus on finishing my portfolio and so I did and now I'm going to art school. Got into the animation program which is cool. So I've been kinda busy since. I'm on my summer break now so I decided to come back here to explain myself.
Am I coming back? I kinda want to. I gotta say tho, I haven't really been drawing much sonic related stuff to be honest. lol I wanna say the last time I drew Shannohn was months ago. I feel like I'm kinda rusty with sonic stuff and digital work so I'm gonna need to practice a bit.
Once I'm back in school in August tho, I'll probably disappear again.
SOOOOO yeah. Thats pretty much it for now. Maybe I'll take some sketch requests to practice drawing sonic characters again if anyones interested. : )

Hmm.. By the looks of my recent favorites its mostly Sonic stuff, fan art, tutorials, and animay.

has definitely impacted my life. lol Like he is one of the greatest friends. LIKE YOU DONT EVEN KNOW. Its always a pleasure to talk to him and he's helped me out so much through tough times.

My Wacom Tablet, Mechanical Pencil, copic markers and multiliner pens.
14. What is the most inspirational place for you to create art?
When I'm with friends or at art school. When I attended a summer course at an art school I was always so inspired and motivated to create!

Hey everyone! So I'm thinking about opening commissions soon. Possibly sometime next week. So I decided to create a waiting list to who ever is interested in commissioning me. I'm starting off with simple commissions. I'll be doing sketches (Can choose Traditional or Digital) and cell shading would be the only color option as of now.

Updating a bit. I've downloaded photoshop, Paint tool SAI so I should be good now. I'm feeling kinda rusty though since I haven't used digital media in a while. @_@ Also, my hand/arm has been hurting from work. ,-, It kinda sucks lol. But hopefully I'll be submitting something soon! I need to figure out what all my brush settings were. I really can't remember ahahah... I'll figure it out. ;-; Hope you all have been well I miss you all. <3 I mentioned before that I was thinking about doing a raffle for my 100K pageviews. I might do that when it nears my 100K a bit more. Also, I'm planning to open commissions when I finish the ones I need to do. I would really like to get extra money to help me get closer to buying myself a car. xD ...I really need to update icons and stuff.

Thought I would do this to reflect and stuff.
Deng. Look at that. How embarrassing. I joined DA in 2006. At that time I was in middle school. I was a super shy, immature, and thought I was cool. Til I joined DA. lmao I didn't know about this place until I got internet like maybe a year before so in 2005? I don't remember. Anyway, I found out by looking and sonic pictures on google and I saw Puritylf4's drawing of Becky The Hedgehog. I was like holy shit who is that is she a character in the series I didn't know about?? I found out it was a drawing and I was like omg I'm not the only one that draws sonic stuff and FC's it looks so good I wanna be like her and be able to draw like that! Becky was my first inspiration to become better. I didn't join at that time cause I read you had to be 13 to join so I was like akfjsdlakjf; gotta wait. (I was the type of person to follow every single rule back then. lmao) I kept looking at Becky's drawings though and several others' in the sonic community. I remember not having to wait to sign up for that long cause I was gonna be 13 soon lmao.
I was sooo excited to join DA and post pictures and show people my characters. I was like ye people are gonna like my shit and think my characters are cool. (I thought shan was super cool ok she was my greatest creation lol) But yeah I posted drawings, maybe a couple favorites/comments but that was it. I was like oh. Alright then. It didn't blow my confidence but I was like why aren't people commenting like they do on Becky and others? I realized I wasn't that good and popular. lmao Back then I really wanted to be known and wanted people to come talk to me, and be popular. So I really tried to become better and be noticed. I remember when I started to get okay-ish and I was started to get more watchers and some of them were people I admired and I was like wow why are you watching me I'm so honored ahhhh. Like, when I saw that Becky gave me a watch I was super happy and I was like dang a really popular person likes what I draw. I couldn't believe it. Yeah really stupid and stuff lol.
Anyway, so I continued to draw throughout these years, looking up tutorials and trying to get better and I matured. Kinda owe DA for helping me get better. I learned a lot by looking at tutorials on here from the many talented users. I took art classes in high school and am taking now in college and they helped but DA helped me get started you know. Also found a place where I can relate to others and be a part of this community and I managed to make friends! Though the sonic community can be really stupid and shitty a lot of the time, (people need to stop bitching about the smallest things lol), I still like it and try to look at the positive side of it. I try to ignore the stupid drama that happens cause I'm here to draw what I like and appreciate the artwork. Though I do wish the community was as talkative as they were before. People used to comment a lot to talk. Although, I don't really do that myself anymore lmao. Oops. x-x
You know how I said I used to really wanna be popular? I used to. Not anymore. I don't really care anymore. I'm not gonna lie, it would be cool, but I don't really care anymore. lol I just care about drawing for myself and improving. I used to not have a set goal. Now I do. I know what I want to do. So I'm focusing on that now. I've been thinking about making a different account where I can post my non-sonic stuff. Maybe I'll do that in the near future. I dunno.
Looking back at my old artwork, my younger self would totally flip out if they saw how much better I can draw now. I'm pretty happy and proud of how far I've come with my work.
